Noodle Improver is a compound ingredient. All the ingredients are based on raw materials of non-animal origin. It plays a very good effect on flour gluten by applying coordination of Biological enzyme and VC. Though a very very little dosage,but can get an obvious effect in Glutening Flour.

The dosage is 0.1%-0.3%, Mix it directly with flour.
